Molly's work focuses on housing and community development, and she also plays a key role in hazard mitigation and environmental planning, including participation in watershed collaboration work groups. Her role incorporates research, GIS, and assisting various teams internally and externally. She is committed to fostering regional collaboration and connecting communities with resources. She also appreciates the opportunities for training, education, and growth at PlanRVA.

Molly received a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Denver and a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from VCU.

When she's not working, you can find her outside on a run, riding her bike, or enjoying live music.
