PlanRVA places equity at the center of its program areas, community engagement efforts and decision making. As a regional convener & planning agency we prioritize projects and planning efforts based on the needs of the localities we serve. PlanRVA promotes collaboration among the nine localities (Town of Ashland, Counties of Charles City, Chesterfield, Goochland, Hanover, Henrico, New Kent, Powhatan, and the City of Richmond) to improve the quality of life for all people who live, work, and play in the Region.
