The following Addendum is issued in response to questions received during the Information Session on May 6, 2024 related to RFP #24-01 Multi-Year Agreement for On-Call Professional and Non-Professional Services

Compensation Structure:
Scheduled pricing should not be provided in the proposal. Pricing for all services will be discussed during the interview and/or negotiation stage of the competitive negotiation process for Task Orders. Responses to this proposal shall at a minimum include an overview of cost structure for provision of services over the life of this arrangement. Include the method by which you will estimate costs for work (time and materials, deliverables, etc) and the associated billing rates of likely assigned personnel to the project in Year 1 (July 1, 2024-June 30, 2025).
The question regarding the Indemnification clause on pg. 17 of the attached RFP, General Terms and Conditions Article V. INDEMNIFICATION is under advisement by our legal counsel.
