PlanRVA convenes representatives from each of the region’s localities who are appointed to serve on one or more of three regional bodies to which PlanRVA provides support: the PlanRVA Commission, the Central Virginia Transportation Authority (CVTA), and the Richmond Regional Transportation Planning Organization (RRTPO) Policy Board.
