Addie joined the PlanRVA team as a Data Analyst in 2024. She is motivated by the potential for people-centered data analysis to increase transparency, accountability, and equity. The most exciting part of her job is getting to contribute to a healthier and more resilient region by participating in planning efforts across all of PlanRVA’s programs.

Addie studied American Studies and Latin American Studies at William and Mary and then spent over a decade organizing to build power and make change alongside marginalized communities in Virginia and New York. She holds a Masters of Urban and Regional Planning and a certificate in Geographic Information Systems from VCU.

Some of Addie's favorite things to do outside of work are walking on the North Bank Trail, visiting the VMFA, and cooking and making music with family.
