Dorian joined PlanRVA in 2024. He supports PlanRVA’s Long-Range Transportation Planning efforts, scenario planning coordination, and freight planning work program development. His career has spanned similar roles across the Commonwealth on local and regional levels.

Dorian enjoys exploring much of the region's rich history, trails, and natural resources. His favorite restaurant/watering hole is Bamboo Café.

Dorian holds a masters in Urban and Regional Planning from Virginia Tech.
