Kerry joined PlanRVA in 2023 as a Planner, where she leads short-term transportation projects aimed at improving safety and connectivity, and reducing congestion. Her work frequently intersects with active transportation and public transit. She is passionate about enhancing quality of life through thoughtful transportation planning. A central focus of her role is expanding mobility options to ensure people have diverse, accessible ways to travel.

With a strong background in community engagement, Kerry brings a collaborative and inclusive approach to planning. In recognition of her leadership and dedication to the field, she was appointed Chair of the Emerging Professional Planners group for APA Virginia (American Planning Association) in 2025.
