Project Manager
EmailEllen joined PlanRVA in 2023 as a Project Manager. She participates in planning efforts across all of PlanRVA’s programs, with a focus on the agency’s Community Development projects. Ellen enjoys collaborating with the team to support the region’s localities, stakeholders, and residents.
She holds a bachelor's degree from Williams College and a master's degree in planning and environmental policy from Cardiff University in Wales. She has many years of experience in local government community development, including updating Comprehensive Plans and ordinances and coordinating plan and permit approvals.
