Diane joined PlanRVA in 2017 as Manager of Finance and Administration and has been promoted to Director of Workforce and Operational Excellence. Her job has included various accounting tasks including operations, billing, receivables and payables, and HR tasks such as job postings, hiring, payroll, and benefits. PlanRVA’s culture and its contributions to the growth of the Richmond region is what Diane values most about working here.

Outside of the office, Diane enjoys exercising, reading and going to the beach. She is married and has four children, as well as two dogs, two rabbits and a turtle. She also serves on the board for her Homeowner’s association. Diane has her bachelor’s degree from Mary Baldwin University.
