Make a Difference

Cash is the fastest way to assist disaster survivors

It provides voluntary agencies with the most flexibility. Each disaster is different, and obtaining the most needed resources is the key to beginning the recovery process.

Volunteer Responsibly

Do not self-deploy. Hearing about those in need compels us to want to help, but it is important to understand the complexity of a disaster area. The impacted community needs to determine what support or volunteers are best for their situation. Affiliate with existing organizations before coming to the disaster area.

Look to trusted organizations

You want to make sure you are donating to a trusted organization. National relief organizations are trusted ways to donate to help survivors.
